Orders are made to order.
They are painted, allowed to dry, clear coated and then another dry time is needed. Once they are dry then I will packege them up and ready for local pick up or then shipped to you.
So please plan accordingly and allow for shipping delays because unfortunately they do happen and are out of my control.
Wood blanks are all laser cut from our studio here in Kansas.
The birch we use is sourced from a laser wood company located in the USA.

Due to shipping cost changing often, if you pay more at check out than what the cost of actual shipping is at time of delivary we will refund you the differance.
This has been our policy since day one as shipping costs you pay are the actual shipping charges we are billed, never more.
We ship via UPS & USPS with rates that include insurance ONLY. This protects you as the buyer if they lose your order it will be covered by the shiper and replaced. We do not ship 1st class as that is not covered with insurance.
